Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig oberhalb von La Spezia mit tollem Blick auf die Stadt/Bucht. Für Mobilität ohne Auto gibt es eine Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie einen kleinen gutsortierten Laden für das Notwendigste an Lebensmittelversorgung. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, aber nicht der Wohnung zugeordnet
Das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Struttura di ottimo livello , casa pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Terrazzo ampio con tavolo per 4 persone e ulteriore spazio per 2 sdrai. Vista spettacolare sul golfo di La Spezia. Il padrone di casa Alessandro gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. A 10 metri dalla casa c’è anche un piccolo ristorante con piatti tipici e anche un negozio di alimentari per qualsiasi esigenza , briosche , panini farciti etc Sicuramente torneremo

Apartamentul este deosebit, spațios, confortabil. Este dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie. Balconul este foarte mare și oferă o priveliște minunată. Locația este deosebită. Cu masina până la gară se fac aproximativ 15 minute. Proprietarul este deosebit de amabil și atent la nevoile chiriașilor. Recomand 100% această proprietate.
Totul a fost perfect.
