The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 115 m² house for rent in the commune of Lancieux, less than a kilometer from the beach, with wifi, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive 42 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 150 m² garden. Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 42 m² living room with TV and wood-burning stove (wood not supplied).
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, etc.
- Four bedrooms with 3 double beds (140×190) and 2 single beds
- Two bathrooms with shower
- Two separate WCs
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to add the following complementary equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 150 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy fine weather
The house is ideally located in Lancieux, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as a butcher's, baker's, patisserie, fishmonger's, cheesemonger's, tobacconist's, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, general practitioner, pizza takeaway, market, golf course...
