This stylish and spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bath place is perfect for groups looking to spend time by the beach in Marina del Rey, Venice, and Santa Monica! Located 1.5 Blocks to the sand in Marina Del Rey, & 3 blocks to restaurants on Washington Blvd - perfect location!
Recently remodeled space. Huge living room, big dining table, fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms w 1 king bed & 4 queen beds along with 3 bathrooms gives ample space for all to enjoy! Includes 2 parking spaces in the garage.
The rooftop is private for you and your guests to use. Unfortunately, the hot tub is NOT available for guests to use.
Gusts have private use of the whole place, but I live nearby and am always available via text for anything you need.

Less than 2 blocks to the sand, 3 blocks to the restaurants on Washington Blvd and the Venice Pier. Great place for our special Moms and Sons weekend. 5 moms and their sons who are graduating from high-school came to Venice for the weekend and had a great time. The apartment was roomy and met all our needs. The location was perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much.
