This newly decorated beach cottage unit is located in a trendy historic district that is just steps to the beach, restaurants, shops, yoga, and spas. It is a well- priced hotel alternative. The living space features sofa, large TV, drop leaf dining table that can function as a desk. Outside you will find a cafe' table for two set in a lower garden area. The property is close to Main Street, and an easy walk to the Pier and Third Street Promenade. Trendy Abbott Kinney is a less than a mile walk and features gourmet cafés, restaurants, pubs, eclectic boutiques and high end yoga studios. The neighborhood is so great! Lots of young families, people walking their dogs, awesome restaurants, walking distance to the beach!! Adorable accommodations. The only issue for me was the rainshower head was way too high to adjust and didn't give me that massage I need when I take a shower. Otherwise, this place is perfection!
