Holidays at Casa Bartolomeo mean absolute relaxation amidst the untouched nature of the Ligurian landscape. Here, everyday life immediately falls away and life slows down.
The detached country house is flooded with light, the large panoramic windows open onto the spectacular view over the olive groves to the sea. The inviting living area with the open, well-equipped kitchen has an open fireplace for cozy hours. You can be comfortable here even in the off-season. At the large dining table you can enjoy a breathtaking panorama over the valley. The tastefully furnished house offers space for 4-6 people in two bedrooms, each with a double bed and private bathroom in the main house, one on the living level and one with direct access to the pool terrace and, for that special moment, a "glamping tent" with two single beds and a small terrace about 50m from the main house. An absolute favorite place for nature lovers, those seeking peace and quiet, mountain bikers and hikers. Here you can while away the days by the pool and listen to the crickets. Below the pool area with sun loungers and lounge areas is a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with barbecue and dining area. Many dreamy nooks and seating areas invite you to relax. In Casa Bartolomeo the clocks go slower.
The area merges into the great outdoors, with gardens, olive groves and oak forests blending into one unit around Casa Bartolomeo. The house is the ideal starting point for extended tours by mountain bike or on foot, while it is only a few kilometers to the fine sandy beaches in the lively town of Imperia. It is only a short walk to the wildly romantic Acquasanta spring ponds. Insiders are happy to travel long distances for the unique bathing experience there, but for you it's just a short walk in the countryside. Swimming in the clear forest lakes is an indescribable holiday experience. In the town of Lecchiore itself, but also in the small hamlets in the surrounding area, there are small trattorias, olive oil factories and local producers to discover. The Dolcedo village shop is very well stocked and offers many regional products.
The approach to the house is steep for the last 150m, but the breathtaking view will make up for it.
However, when holidaying with children, please note that some terraces and stairs as well as the pool are not secured with railings.

We enjoyed the beautiful house in a prime location. The landlord was exceptionally helpful and pointed out all the places in the area. Beautiful little waters, mountain lakes, a hike to the top of the mountain, enjoying around the house is an absolute recommendation.
