Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers in Menton, this charming 120 m² air-conditioned flat with sea view can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Wifi (fibre optic) included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with a double sofa bed and TV
- A dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- A second bathroom with shower
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- Two terraces of 6 m² and 8 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Menton, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
