Located in a breathtaking setting on the French Riviera, a dream stay awaits you at this beautiful property nestled in the hillside of Menton facing the Bay of Garavan.
The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests.
With sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Italian Riviera, this ancestral family home is surrounded by lemon, orange and olive groves. Fully renovated and recently redecorated, this superb villa is at once authentic and contemporary. It offers modern commodities and complete comfort – the perfect environment for rest and relaxation.
The villa is on two floors and offers stunning sea views from all rooms. On the ground floor: a vast living and dining area; a fully-equipped kitchen; a second living room which can be used as a third bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs: the master suite; a full bathroom with separate shower and tub, and another bedroom. Both bedrooms on the second level have independent terraces for privacy. Off the ground floor: a garden-terrace with summer kitchen; lounge chairs, and Jacuzzi, all facing the sea.
The villa is entirely air-conditioned and has high speed internet. It is also equipped with an alarm system and safe to store valuables. Private parking is available.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The villa was spotless and exceptionally well appointed. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and we loved the homemade citrus wines and marmalades left for us! The view is simply incomparable and the location is convenient to visiting many little towns in both France and Italy. Despite all these great amenities, the best part of our stay was the warmth and responsiveness of our hosts, Serge, Enzo, and Graziella! They were so helpful and genuinely kind. Future guests should be aware that the villa is not ideal for guests with limited mobility and the drive to the villa (and pretty much everywhere in the Cote d'Azure) is a little nerve wracking.

Serge and his family were wonderful- welcoming and informative. The photos (of both the view and the villa), while beautiful, do not do the place justice. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Menton is a lovely town, and a stay at this villa grants you (hilly) walking access to all Menton has to offer. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen if you choose to stay in and enjoy the view. Thank you Serge, we'll be back!

I cannot say enough about Serge and his family. Wonderful hosts and very responsive. Their home is breathtaking and I highly recommend staying there. The views are beyond belief. Pictures only say so much. They are very accommodating. I hope to return some day. Will spread the word to anyone going to France. You will not be disappointed.

We travelled with family (2 adults, 3 kids, youngest was 1 year, oldest 12). The villa was superb: while the photos looked great, this was one of the instances were the reality was even better. The property was wery well maintained, clean and contained e.g. the best kitchen equipment we have seen in similar luxury villas.The wifi was top quality: I could attend on-line meetings and not care about children watching Netflix at the same time. The owners were very helpful, it was really easy to install. We didnt have any problems so we did not need to contact the owners during our stay. In general, the owners were proud of their villa (for a reason!) and the amenities and they clearly wanted to maintain it that way.The villa is, as birds fly, quite close to Menton old city, but with a car it takes about 10 minutes, since you need to climb quite a bit. The views were truly magnifique, and the terraces were great, with great views and functionality. The barbeque area worked really well, planning to do something similar at our cottage house.Our youngest kid was almost two years old: the villa (with stairs etc) might be difficult if you have a very active one year old, but for us this worked very well (and the owners might have something in reserve for the stairs, we did not ask, as we did not need). The owners had an extra baby cot we could place in the master bedroom. The older kids shared the other one of the large bedrooms. In addition, there is a quite large separation (from the living room) containg an another sofa for a third ~double bed. Two toilets, both with showers, good! The washing machine etc. worked well for washing kids clothes during our 10 day stay.Thank you Serge et Michèle!
