About this apartment rental
Best Location for the LEMON FESTIVAL!!!! Both balconies overlook the parade and is above all the stands.
It's a 3 bedrooms flat with jacuzzi tub and two bathrooms ,water and beach view. WiFi Ready, and large flat screen TV. Across from the Casino in downtown Menton. 30 meters from the beach.. Restaurant , coffee shops and shopping are below the home. Fantastic walk to the harbor thru the beautiful downtown area. We have a parking garage to keep you car safe. Great vacation rental. You really don't need your car unless you want to take day trips to Italy or near by towns like Monte Carlo or Cap Martin, Nice or Cannes.
If the property is left on poor conditions, we are going to keep a part from the Deposit as an extra cleaning fee.

The apartment enjoys a very good view of the Mediterranean and very pleasant morning sunshine. It is well equipped with modern facilities and is clean and comfortable in all respects. I have no reservations in recommending it to any prospective renter. W W, UK
