L 'Olimpia apartment is part of the "Montestuccioli" farm which is an estate of 20 hectares of land with meadows, forests of chestnut trees and lovely views. The beautiful farmhouse recently renovated, is located in an area full of tranquility, surrounded by nature and is the ideal place to spend long periods of vacation in a cozy, comfortable and relaxing. L 'apartment is furnished with new furniture and style and painting of the walls creates a warm and refined. Downstairs is a large living room with fireplace and sofa-bed for 2 persons and kitchen with dining table. On the first floor there are the bathroom and rooms that can accommodate up to 9 people. Outside there is a garden with table and chairs and a barbeque. The pool measures 10x5 mt. has a depth of 125 cm and is in common with the other apartment. Are not included in the price the costs for final cleaning of 50 € and the costs for electricity and gas will be calculated according to actual consumption. "Montestuccioli" is located 2 km from the charming medieval village of Cutigliano considered the pearl of Pistoia mountains. The country offers during the year culinary events, historical-cultural and sporting events. Is in position to reach the art cities of Tuscany: 70 km from Florence, 100 km from Pisa, 80 km from Lucca, 40 km from Pistoia, 55 from Prato. Just 10 km away is the Doganaccia, winter resort ski, with its wonderful adventure park with 3 levels of different path and the path of the bob 2. From there you can make the trek to Lake Scaffaiolo, the Open Book and Abetone.

A home far away from home! We really enjoyed our stay in Cutigliano. It is a place of rest, where you can taste real Italian life! The home is perfect; everything is there. The swimming pool was our favourite spot of course. We also enjoyed the hospitality of Francesco's family; they are very kind and helpful, chapeau! The place is a little bit 'remote', so make sure that you love nature, rest and family life!

The property is beautiful and the house, a local podere, is cozy, comfortable and quiet. The house and grounds were clean and up-to-date; when a newly-repaired hot water heater went bad, Francesco gave us access to the family's private downstairs bathroom for the night (Sunday) and had a plumber there first-thing Monday morning to make repair. The kitchen is user-friendly and has a dishwasher. Laundry is available with accessible clothesline. The beautiful pool is open to pass a lazy afternoon or two during a summer visit. Our neighbors in the downstairs apartment for the week, there to attend the Pistoia blues festival, were delightful.
Guests can hike on a couple of different mountain trails right from the front door. Cutigliano and the village of Melo are close-by with groceries, excellent Tuscan cuisine, pizza, gelato, and shops. The Cutigliano-Doganaccia funivia passes almost silently nearby along with a downhill mountain bike trail.
I would readily recommend this house to family and friends. The owner provides typical Tuscan hospitality and a great place to spend an Italian vacation.
