casa di TOTO is typical restored farmhouse of 1700century full immersed in our private farm in one of most exclusive Lucca countryside area:house is big 240 mq has 5 bedrooms(2 kingsize+3 with two single beds each) 3 bathroom with shower,full equipped kitchen with fireplace ,big livingroom with 2 sofa ,each kingsize bedroom have one babybed each.house is really comfortable for 10 persons -bedroom on 2°floor have air conditioning system ..house has outside "al fresco pergola" with table and bbq to have fantastic breakfast lunch dinner under grape "pergola" ,garden and big terrace both with gorgeous landscape on lucca city and country valley ,all area outside is only for your use, real exclusive private INFINITY EDGE swimmingpool 10x4 metres big and 1,45 metres deep+part of 2,5x2,5 metres with 40cm of deep water is only for your use, salt water cleaning system and automatic ph level control ,pool is 50 metres far from house,located in the middle of gorgeous 300 years old olivegrove with amazing landscape on countryside and lucca city(see photos)- to get house you have to drive our typical little private countryStreet(with lot of cypress trees) long 1,200metres with 4 u-turn- lucca is very quiet small city preserved old medioeval flavour, is far from the house about 7 km and is good strategic point to discovery tuscany. if you are looking for quite place, original farmhouse, fantastic landscape , safe covidfree area exclusive swimminpool use,but connected 24 hours by wifi internet connection Casa di Toto is the right choice, please read one of the over 65 feedback that all guest from all the world give to my house-price you see is ALL INCLUDED :water electricity ,middleweek and final cleaning service,wifi internet connection,swimmingpool use--

Toto's house is simply incredible! We loved the location and setting. The large kitchen with the big table was perfect for a bunch of foodies who enjoy cooking and eating (and talking about cooking and eating!) to come together around at the end of the day. The pool - and the views from it - are breathtaking. We felt very privileged and spoiled to be able to enjoy lazing around for a week, taking in the view of the valley below and watching a pair of buzzards circling overhead on the thermal currents as bees, butterflies and dragonflies dropped by to say hello too!The added bonus of three bathrooms was great. The beds were comfortable and the aircon in the two single bedded rooms was VERY much appreciated!The road up to the house from the main route was a little hairy with five of us in a big car full of luggage and the spoils of our supermarket haul along the way from Pisa but nothing that patience and a concentration couldn't solve!All-in-all, our trip was wonderful and Toto was a fantastic host. We'll definitely be back!

The house was perfect for our family and friends. We thoroughly enjoyed the rustic nature of the house - so roomy and had everything we needed. The kitchen hosted many meals. The swimming pool was sublime. We loved Toto and his dad and sister. The horse and donkey were an added bonus for the kids to see.

We have been ten people from 7 years to 78 years. Everyone is over the moon with excitement after 14 wonderful days at Toto's. The host does everything to make us feel good, and has helped us with everything we have asked. The house is charming and the pool is a jewel. Evening swim with a view of Lucca is magical. Thank you so much for us :)

very nice hosts, perfect location within the beautifull landscape. House and Pool very tidy.Road quite steep but managable with BMW X4.We definatly come back to Toto!
