About this house rental
Beautiful, three-storey vacation home in hilly position (260 m.a.s.l.) with sea view in the hinterland of Viareggio and above a small village called Botrici. From the cottage and the property you can enjoy a panoramic view all the way to the sea, Lake Massaciuccoli and the wooded hills. Around the house there is an outdoor area of about 200 m2, partially sloping, with table, chairs, deckchairs, children's games and a brick barbecue. You can have your meals on the covered terrace as well as on a large open terrace with sea view. The pool is at your exclusive disposal. On the lower first floor you will find an equipped kitchen, a dining room with Sat TV, a double bedroom, a shower room, a gym and the covered terrace. On the first floor you will find the living room with sofa bed and access to the large equipped terrace with sea view, a small kitchen, a double bedroom and a shower room. On the 1st floor you will find a bedroom with bunk bed, a double room with access to a large terrace with sea view and a bathroom with bathtub. Distances: 9 km Viareggio, famous for its beautiful seafront with upscale boutiques, its restaurants and cinemas and also for the carnival. In Pietrasanta (15 km) you will find art galleries, restaurants, wine stores and stores of all kinds. But above all, it is worth visiting St. Martin's Cathedral, the church of s. Agostino and the municipal theater. Also, everywhere in the streets you can find works by internationally known sculptors. Lucca (28 km) is famous for its historical monuments and its intact city walls from the 16th century. 30 km Pisa, 78 km the Cinque Terre area, 101 km Florence. 500 m grocery store, 5 km supermarkets and riding school, 10 km tennis, 11 km free and equipped beaches.
