About this farm stay rental
It is a detached house with separate entrance and large garden with pool. The house is 95 square meters consists of ground and first floor. It is built of stone feature in the middle of the Natural Park of the Apuan Alps to 920mt s. L.M.
The house has 3 double rooms, 1 sleeping triple, 2 bathrooms with shower and a living room. Outside there is a large garden of 100 sqm furnished with pool and BBQ style. The house has divided heating for floors so it is also ideal for the winter months.
The property is situated in the country of Palagnana in the municipality of Stazzema in high Versilia.
The place is very quiet and you can enjoy a wonderful silence and beautiful view of the mountains from the garden to the pristine nature.
It is ideal for families with children and for lovers of the mountains in summer in search of relaxation and long walks through various hiking trails to discover the true NATURE.
Our farm offers you over to the living room also a number of extra services such as always find fresh produce at your choice; from fruits to vegetables, to fresh bread baked in a wood, fresh milk and yogurt, honey, wine hills of Lucca or the classic and many other products we produce Chianti.
In addition we will be able to offer complete vacation packages to guided tours of the mountains, rental moutainbike, and all inclusive packages such as:
full day guided tour of the Chianti hills or the Lucca with a visit to wine cellars and tasting of typical products and corresponding wines;
full day of fishing at a lake in the area including equipment and lunch;
Helicopter tours in the Apuan Alps of about 10 '
dinner package with typical products in local restaurant;
horseback riding;
poolside relaxation with masseuse at home;
day in Maranello (MO) with entrance to the museum ferrari and possibility of test driving the legendary ferrari;
visit the hills of Emilia and tasting Parmigiano Reggiano, possibility of visit of the famous cheese production.
* On request outputs they can also be made that include the means by minivan rental. The outputs of one day shall be deemed lunch included.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and Luca and Samantha (and all her family) made us very welcome. Don’t miss eating at their restaurant, Le Macine del Monte Croce, down the road. The house is very comfortable with everything you need and the views are stunning. Walk along the path that runs behind the house.
Lots to explore in the Garfagnana region and we had a day in Florence too. An easy day trip if you use the Villa Constanza park and ride off the motorway - take the tram into the centre. So all in all a great week, only slight downside was the dogs barking at night - we shut the windows on that side of the house!

We had a fantastic few days in Palagnaga. Despite beeing very busy Samantha was always ready to assist us if we needed anything. The place is off the beaten track and a great location for accessing the fantastic walks in the Garfagnana area. If you like nature, peace and relax this is a fantastic choice.

Der Kontakt mit Samantha und Luca war unkompliziert und effizient. Kleinere Anfragen wurden sofort behoben und beantwortet.
Das Haus ist ein Traum für bis zu 6 Erwachsene und 3-4 Kinder die in einem Raum schlafen mögen. Alles nur erdenkliche ist vorhanden und zwar im Überfluss.
Die Anfahrt ist etwas aufwändig und gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Haus ist weit oben auf dem Monte Croce und liegt im Naturschutzgebiet. Für auch leicht gehbehinderte Personen gibt es leider keine Möglichkeit zum Spaziergang da alles sehr steil rauf oder runtergeht. Der nächste Laden ist ca. eine Autostunde entfernt. Wir waren nicht die richtigen Gäste für dieses Objekt. Passionierte Wanderer werden es lieben
