About this house rental
As soon as you enter this beautiful home, you’ll feel the warm and welcoming vibe that is perfect for your next family vacation.
We take cleaning seriously. We wash all beddings, mop the floor and wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with BLEACH at every check out.

*Additional guest fees of $20 per guest, per night (after the 1st guest)
LATE CHECK OUT
*Sorry but we don't allow late checkouts.
*If you exceed, you will be charged $100 for the first 15 minutes, and an additional hour will cost you $100.
PARTIES NOT ALLOWED
*Please keep noise low in the quiet hours of 9pm to 9am.
*Strictly no drugs allowed.
*No smoking inside the home. If our cleaners catch the odor inside, you will be penalized. (You may smoke outside.)
EV CHARGER

* Kindly let me know total number of EV cars
* $10 per car / per night
* $150 fine for lost / stolen keycard
* Please ensure that the EV charger adapter and keycard are securely stored upon departure.
* We request that you take a photo of the EV charger when checking out.
ADDITIONAL INFO:
- Kindly turn off the AC or heater before leaving our home.
- We have motion detector cameras outside for security reasons. There will be no cameras inside to protect your privacy.
- Cable TV is not available.
- You have to login to your own Netflix, Disney, Spotify, HBO, etc.
- $200 will be fined if we find out that you have violated ANY and EACH of our House Rules

We had a wonderful stay at this place. 4 of us total: 2 adults and 2 teenagers. There was plenty of space for us and we didn’t even need all the rooms. Huge kitchen was very convenient and we really enjoyed having meals outside on the patio. Having a washer/dryer was a huge plus for all the beach gear. The private parking spot was so nice. The location is great and of course the weather was perfect! I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

This house was great. Nice and large. There was enough room for all of us. We were traveling to visit my brother and family who also live on that street. It was nice to be able to walk back and forth. It was a quick walk to the park and dining options. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, pots and pans and utensils We would definitely stay here again when we go visit our family.
