This typical Italian house is quietly nestled on a sunny hillside in the ancient village of Acone, in the north of the province of Florence. This is the perfect retreat with tranquil views of the Valdisieve Valley that can be enjoyed from the terrace and the balconies attached to each of the three bedrooms.
Arranged over two floors, the property offers guests flexible space to dine, entertain and relax, from the airy loggia which opens onto the garden. The beautifully bright living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a Smart HDTV and a dining table.
Guests will also find a well-equipped kitchen fitted with a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer and a breakfast table for two.
