A particularly beautiful and charming apartment situated on the first floor. It comprises a vast living room with a grand, stone fireplace, well equipped kitchen and two large double bedrooms with private bathrooms. The first has an elegant, wrought iron, four poster bed and a large bathroom with shower and tub. The second has both a double and a single bed and bathroom with shower.
It also has an elevated balcony, providing panoramic views of the grounds and a perfect place to have breakfast, relax in the shade or share an aperitivo.

OMG! This stay couldn’t have been any better! Costanza was absolutely amazing! She was so lovely & was so welcoming the entire stay. She held a cooking class for us & I learned so much. If you’re looking to stay in a homey environment, this is where to do it. Oh & Costanzas dog, Maggie, was such a joy!

A villa that has been updated but still retains the charm and many features of a historic building. The villa has been part of the current family for 6 generations but dates back prior to that time. Costanza was a wonderful and generous hostess who took the time to show us many of the interesting aspects of the building. We used this as a base for exploring Florence (via train) and Tuscany (via car). We also took advantage of Costanza's farm to table cooking class and dinner. This is not a "cookie-cutter" experience but felt authentic and unique with antique furnishings in a historic building. We loved our stay here and would love to return! Sesto Fiorentino was also a lovely town although we didn't spend much time there.
