About this apartment rental
The villa is located in the Tuscan countryside just a few kilometers from the center of Florence. Suitable for families with children, friends and all those looking for a quiet but not isolated place to relax and play sports.
The apartment is on the first floor.
KITCHEN with ceramic hobs, dishwasher, coffee machine.
THREE ROOMS ("Cipresso", "Olmo" and "Cedro") with bathroom and access from the room. All with shower, hairdryer and bath set.
ROOM with books and stereo available
Panoramic TERRACE equipped with table and umbrella chairs.
On request: cot for small children and various equipment, possibility of adding a folding bed for a child up to 12 years in one of the most spacious rooms (Olmo room).

My family and I live a few miles away, but they are available for any need and tourist information.
Quiet area of countryside but not isolated in front of the bike path and starting point for picturesque walks in the Tuscan countryside.
Strategic location 15 km from Florence and 5 km from Prato and within 100 km from Lucca, Pisa, Versilia, Siena Arezzo. At 2 Km away there is the train station of Calenzano from which in 15 minutes you reach the center of Florence. It is also 5 km from the A1 motorway (Calenzano exit and 6 km A12 Firenze-Mare motorway). A few km away: shops, shopping centers, Barberino di Mugello OUTLET, wellness center, swimming pool with playground, sailing courses at Lake Bilancino and AUTODROMO Barberino di Mugello.

Sehr idyllisch gelegenes Haus mit einem riesigen Grundstück. Für Hundebesitzer ideal, die Eigentümerin ist Hunden gegenüber sehr aufgeschlossen. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail zusammengestellt. Es sind viele Infos für einen Florenzbesuch vorhanden.
Die Besitzerin hat sehr detaillierte Informationen zur Anreise bereitgestellt, war beim Check-In persönlich anwesend, und hat uns äußerst herzlich empfangen.
Es wurden zusätzlich sogar Kleinigkeiten für das Frühstück bereit gestellt. Die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet, und bietet einen direkten Zugang zu einer Sonnenterrasse.
Das Haus ist eines der besten Unterkünfte, die wir bei FeWo direkt gebucht haben.

Das Objekt wäre zu empfehlen wenn nicht im Erdgeschoss ein Restaurant wäre. Lärmpegel von unten durchdringt Struktur von anno dazumal.
