About this apartment rental
Brand new, spacious upstairs unit in a fourplex with a superb location across the street from the beach and in downtown Cayucos! King bed in master bedroom, twin trundle in second bedroom, and queen sofa sleeper in living room for additional guests. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with double sinks. All new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Flat screen TV (bring your streaming device) and electric fireplace to warm up the living room. Spacious patio with tables & chairs and a privacy panel to separate from next door unit. Shared common area laundry facilities as well as outdoor kitchen; however, there are no personal barbecues available nor are they permitted on decks. Putting green adds another level of entertainment; however, children must be supervised during use. Sorry, these units do not permit pets or smoking of any kind. Parking for one vehicle only.

Super easy check in process and great location. The balcony had a great view and it was a nice place to hangout. Literally steps to the beach and a short walk to the pier. We were grateful the previous renters had left some TP since we are in charge of providing the consumable items (TP, Soap, Paper Towels etc). The beds were super comfortable and when the city quiets down at night you can hear the ocean from your rooms. We did notice that the internet was a little spotty but we were out and about most of the time so it wasn't a big deal. I would definitely stay here again!

Fresh, clean and conveniently located to the beach and in-town restaurants and shopping. Perfect size for two, perhaps three people.
