About this house rental
This home is located just a few blocks to downtown Cayucos and offers great ocean views from its spacious deck. The sunroom adds extra space for enjoying a glass of wine at the bar, playing cards or board games, or relaxing around the fireplace, which sits in the middle of the room. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a futon in the sun room for additional sleeping.

Great house close to everything.

Overall a very nice home. Having two small children, there was a lot of cobwebs on the back patio, so didn’t let them out much. Also, pillows in the bedrooms could be replaced.
Location was close to the beach and patio views spectacular.

Pros:
1. Clean spacious property
2. Great views
3. Almost all stuff available for daily use

Cons:
1. (Super Important and creepy) the neighbor living on the hot tub side was super creepy and annoying. He never let us use the hot tub even in silence. He was creepy about staring at us from the dark from the window on the second floor (on top of the hot tub) and came out and claimed that the hot tub hours were till 10 and that he would call the cops on us if we don't leave at that very moment. We understood that the quiet hours were from 10pm hence we simply sat in the hot tub with no noise no music, simply sitting in the hot tub in the cold night but apparently even that was a problem for the guy as he kept staring at us from the dark (making everyone uncomfortable specially the girls) and forcing all of us out with the threat of calling the cops constantly.
2. The fire place stove never work ( was not of gas and was never refilled).
