A fantastic 2 bedroom condo located in the heart of town is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that is Cayucos. Delight in the spectacular views of the Pacific from your upstairs semi private deck.
The first flight of stairs will get you to the front door. Upon entry, you'll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms (one king and one queen) and a newly remodeled full bath.
Up the stairs, you'll find the generously sized and welcoming open concept living, dining, kitchen, and the best part, get ready for the views. From Morro Rock to the Cayucos Pier and on up the coast. The marine life and surfers are easily seen and always enjoyed.
Another beautiful newly remodeled bathroom with a large shower is located on the upper level as well as a convenient full-size washer and dryer.
The condo is located one hundred feet from the beach so you can spend your days exploring the tide pools, making sandcastles, surf, fishing off the pier or just relaxing and enjoying.
After your day of fun, evenings can be enjoyed by preparing a delicious meal in the well-equipped kitchen or on the gas BBQ. The condo was exactly as described - terrific location and wonderfully appointed. We lucked out with fantastic weather and the communication from the hosts was top notch. Will definitely enjoy staying again someday.

This is a second/third floor unit behind another building. The photos make the roof of the building in front look like the beach, but it’s not. The stairs are super steep and dangerous with grip tape in weird places. Other than that it’s nice and in a great location downtown. I’m fairly sure they used the name of another property we we looking at as we were surprised by the listing after booking (our fault for not digging deeper, we had searched and referred to the properties by title). Hosts are responsive and house is decently stocked. Heat is hard to find with thermostats behind TVs.

We enjoyed the ocean view very much; as well as, the views from our front balcony. Wey clean and kichen had all the amenities you would need. Thank you
