The units are typically rented separately, but please inquire if you are interested in renting both. When renting both units, the wall dividing the two living rooms can be opened creating a large and unforgettable space to make memories

No Smoking and No Pets allowed. This is strictly enforced.
Important: This property is a duplex with 2 separate and self-contained homes that share a wall. In some cases you may be able to hear the guests in the adjoining unit. Laundry is shared in the garage between both units and there is shared parking in the driveway area, each home has 2 parking spaces for guests. Please be conscientious of the guests in the other unit during your stay.
Important: Home sits on a bluff and does not have direct beach access, there is a path very near by for beach access.

The view was great and the location was perfect and as advertised. The house left a lot to be desired though. One of the beds had stained pillow cases and dirty sheets. The living room shares a hallow pocket wall with a huge sliding door with the neighbor, so you can hear literally everything they say and do. My wife and I tried to be quiet and keeping that in mind, which is not what you want to worry about on a vacation. Overall, great location and view, but the house was not great.
