About this house rental
This classic Cayucos beach house is a perfect home-away-from-home for up to eight guests. You'll enjoy panoramic ocean views from Morro Rock to the historic Cayucos Pier. Beach access is just down the street, about 3 blocks to the heart of downtown with restaurants, shops, and hiking trails. Take day trips to numerous coastal attractions including Cambria, Morro Bay, Montana De Oro state park, Hearst Castle, golf courses, wineries, and more. Relax and let the sound of the ocean melt your worries away.
All sleeping rooms are located downstairs away from the main living areas. The first floor layout is roomy with two ensuite bedrooms plus two additional bedrooms that share the full hall bath. Upstairs offers an extra-large living room and dining area, both with spectacular views of the ocean. There's a separate den/media room with large flat screen TV and a closet full of games and movies. And the large kitchen is a great space to prep meals at home for your whole group.
Outdoor areas included a wrap-around deck, with built-in gas barbeque and seating. There is parking on-site plus room for two more cars in the garage. While the home is situated on two levels, the internal stairs from the garage offer a stair lift to the main living space (note: to access the downstairs rooms, a few steps are required from the garage).

Spacious house with room for us to spread out. Great view and walking distance to the beach if you don't mind walking up hill on your way back. The game cupboard was a disaster, but the grandkids helped me restore order and we had a 3 day game of Monopoly!Housekeeping could have been more thorough. There were cracker bits, raisins, at the edges of the couches and housekeeper left a pile of bedding on one of the beds. Nonetheless, we would stay here again!

Great place for 10 of us. We brought an air mattress and two slept in the TV room. It was plenty big and perfect for us all. We loved the decor. Total old 70’s/early 80’s vibes. But it might not be for some. Everything worked great and the BBQ is hooked up to natural gas so no propane to worry about. Walking distance to downtown and beach. Amazing place. Will stay there again. Management Co is GREAT. Her name is Kathleen.

Carpet stretched and stained. Lift chair didn't work. That was a primary reason for selecting this property. Recliners in media room didn't work .Toilets low and crowded. Holes in some screens in living room. Nice view.
