About this villa rental

Located in Fondi, this welcoming villa lets you experience it all. Gulf of Gaeta is an easy 6-minute walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking, or jump in your vehicle to make short work of the 23-minute drive to Capratica.

As you settle into this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom rental, you'll find a dining area, a BBQ grill, and air conditioning. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, a bidet, and towels. We spend 6 nights in this nice villa over the new year's. It has everything one needs for a pleasant stay. It must be even nicer in the summer with it's big garden and outdoor grill. In winter it was a bit cold even though every room has it's own air conditioning/heater.Giovanna, the host was very approachable and communicative. All in all, I can recommend this villa.
