Bright, air-conditioned flat in the centre of Formia, a stone's throw from all the city's amenities. The apartment is on the second floor with lift of a quiet building on the central Via della Conca, with a reserved parking space. The house has just been renovated creating modern and cosy spaces; there is no living room but we have a large kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine, dining table and Tv. Wardrobes are positioned in the hall to leave more space in the bedrooms. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms of which two are triple bedrooms and one is a double bedroom. The house has two bathrooms with showers. The flat has large windows that make the rooms bright and airy and two large balconies, one on the kitchen side equipped with a table and benches. Equipped with all comforts and practical for those who do not have a car and want to move around easily in the neighbouring localities on foot or by bus as there is a bus stop just a few metres away. A reserved parking space in a private area.
Only 700 metres away on foot is the railway station from which Rome and Naples can be reached in just over an hour. At 600 m there is the embarkation point for the ferries to the Pontine Islands. At 2 km we find the renowned beach of Vindicio for surf lovers, at 7 km we have Gaeta, at 18 km there is Sperlonga, to enjoy the magnificent white sandy beaches in addition to the magnificent monuments, youth clubs and as many fine restaurants.
