Rent for short and long periods delicious detached ground floor villa with 8 beds (all comfortable) renovated and finished at 500 m. from the sea (free beach or establishment) reachable on foot or by bike in 5 minutes. It is located in the Mesa del Mar Residence in a serene gulf next to the Oleander Residence and 3 km away. from the village and the port. The residence is suitable for children and has five-a-side football and beach volleyball courts. Internal description: lounge with LED TV, 2 bedrooms, bedroom with bunk bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower. Outside: garden with tent, barbecue, sink, sink, washing machine, table for 10, rocking chair and small bathroom and shower. This is a beautiful property with a lovely patio. We loved eating out under the canopy! It is 2 miles from the town, but a short walk to the beach through the neighborhood across the road. There is an excellent Gelateria a short walk down the road, small grocery stores, a fruit stand, and little restaurants. The property itself is nicely furnished and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much!
