About this villa rental
New 90m2 residential villa Colle Circeo 1 ° (1 km from beaches and "Verde Mare" plant), complete with every comfort, fully air conditioned (and equipped with heating in all rooms for the winter) and personalized by a typical Circeo furniture . Ideal for families with children and suitable for young and old. The property, newly renovated, is on two (2) levels and is composed on the ground floor of: a) large and bright living room with double sofa bed, fireplace, satellite TV, and with 10 internal seats for lunches / dinners and with access to the 40m2 porch and 300m2 garden; b) 1 new bathroom (yellow color in the picture) complete with shower; c) small bedroom for children / teenagers with 2 wall bunk beds ("Man Arreda" shop type for boys); d) brand new and super-equipped kitchen for any need with dishwasher and washing machine, oven, hob, etc. and adjacent to the 30m2 patio for breakfast / lunch / dinner. On the first floor there are: e) 1 double bedroom with wardrobe and built-in TV; f) new bathroom (light blue color in the photo) complete with shower; second bedroom with double sofa bed, 2 bunk beds (“Man Arreda” shop type for boys), TV, built-in wardrobe and balcony overlooking the garden and the Circeo promontory. The 300m2 garden, cared for weekly by the gardener, allows the internal parking of the car and has all the comforts with a dressing room and external hot shower. At guests' disposal 9 bicycles (6 for adults + 3 for children), ping pong table, canoe, beach tennis / volleyball in the garden. It comfortably accommodates 6/8 people.
The most famous beaches can be reached by bicycle in a few minutes as well as the Circeo Park in about 10 minutes and the town center. The price includes all consumption, first set of bed linen and towels for all guests, final cleaning. ONLY IN THE EVENT OF stays longer than 2 (two) weeks, one (1) midweek cleaning for each additional week of overnight stay.
The ideal place therefore for a relaxing and regenerating stay without depriving yourself of entertainment, shopping, boat trips and excursions.

Il proprietario della casa è stato super gentile e disponibile per qualunque cosa... peccato che non abbiamo avuto l’occasione di conoscerci personalmente... speriamo in una futura esperienza!

Un altro punto di forza è la signora Paola addetta alle pulizie e all’accoglienza all’arrivo! È stata una persona davvero stupenda, disponibile per qualsiasi cosa persino a cucinare x gli ospiti!

Ho soggiornato per circa 20’giorni con mia moglie, mia figlia di 4 anni e mia madre passando delle vacanze stupende che nn dimenticherò facilmente!!! Il villino fa parte di un residence che ha un entrata indipendente con relativo cancello elettrico. Posto tranquillo e posizione ottima. Vicino al centro (circa 4 lm), a Sabaudia (circa 9) e Terracina (circa 13). Il mare dista circa 1 km ma lo stabilimento (verdemare), consigliato dal proprietario, non fa rimpiangere neanche questa piccolissima distanza. Il villino ha tutti i confort ed anche di più. Il proprietario Giancarlo ha avuto veramente buon gusto nella ristrutturazione (recente) ed ha pensato ad ogni piccolo particolare ed esigenza. Inoltre, la sua collaboratrice Paola è a dir poco stupenda !!! Bravissima persona a cui si può fare sempre affidamento e non solo .... perché è anche una bravissima cuoca !!!!!! Non so che altro aggiungere ... me ne vado via con la tristezza nel cuore ma con la speranza di ritornarci l’anno prossimo!!!! Grazie Giancarlo e Grazie Paola!!! Carlo Elisa e la piccola Elena !!!

Vacanza indimenticabile, Giancarlo una persona squisitissima non ci siamo potuti vedere di persona ma è come se fosse stato li, sempre disponibile appena interpellato via telefono, comunque ha una persona di sua disposizione in loco" la signora Paola " molto gentile e disponibile sempre una vera Host con le 5 stelle. La casa è molto bella e le foto che vedete sul portale sono veritiere....anzi dal vivo molto meglio. Tutta la casa é dotata di aria condizionata .....cosa di non poco conto , le camere spaziose e molto carine . La casa è dotata di un giardino curatissimo e di porticato dove è possibile godersi le serate all'aperto. Dalla casa sono facilmente raggiungibili le spiagge più belle del litorale ....in particolare quella di Sabaudia . Il prossimo anno torneremo senz' altro in questo piccolo paradiso ....p.s. in casa Giancarlo vi metterà a disposizione biciclette , racchettoni da spiaggia e tutto quello che serve per il divertimento in spiaggia come a casa.
