Holiday Home Collesanti is an elegant 150 sqm country villa with swimming pool, well-kept olive garden, gazebo, barbecue and external brick oven. The villa is composed as follows: four bedrooms, three bathrooms with bath or shower, large living room with fireplace, kitchen and two panoramic balconies.
The rate includes bed linen and towels for each guest.
In the property, besides the villa, there is a cottage for 2 people; therefore both the swimming pool and the garden are shared.
The Villa is immersed in the countryside of Cori, a village with ancient roots of pre-Roman origin that still preserves buildings and monuments (the walls, temples and the chain bridge) that attracted the attention of artists, scholars and scholars since the Renaissance. Its strategic position allows to reach in a few minutes places of historical, cultural, naturalistic and leisure interest, such as: Giardini di Ninfa, Sermoneta, the Castelli Romani, Norma, Villa Adriana and Villa D'Este in Tivoli, the Flying in the Sky in Rocca Massima, the "Rainbow Magicland" amusement park in Rome-Valmontone and the "Valmontone Outlet"; the city of Rome, reachable also by train and bus, the sea and the beach of San Felice Circeo and Nettuno.
