About this apartment rental
Dimora Sant’Andrea è una casa che si affaccia sul Rio di Sant’Andrea e si sviluppa su 4 piani nei quali il candore del bianco e la delicatezza dell’azzurro sono i colori dominanti. Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con la cucina attrezzata, il tavolo da pranzo in cristallo, un divano ed un piccolo bagno dotato di sanitari (no bidet) e doccia. Al primo piano invece, oltre che ad una camera da letto matrimoniale completa di armadio, troviamo una zona dedicata al relax, con divano e tv a grande schermo. Al secondo piano abbiamo un’altra camera matrimoniale ed un altro bagno totalmente piastrellato e dal bianco lucido, dotato di sanitari e vasca. All’ultimo piano invece abbiamo un’altra zona living con divano e televisore, oltre che un bagno con box doccia in vetro opaco. Un minuscolo terrrazzino garantisce una bella vista panoramica.

4 women celebrating our 65th birthdays and we had a blast! The apartment was perfect for us. One loft with bed and bathroom.

Main floor had kitchen, bathroom, dining room and couch. Very clean and beautiful. Right on a small canal. It was amazing! Great location. Only 5 minute walk to catch the boat to Murano.
Alessandro was easy to communicate with.

To begin with, the property manager, Alessandro, was fabulous! Communication with him was easy, reliable and swift response.
The apartment was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. There were 4 women celebrating our 65th birthday’s. Venice was a two night stay for us. We loved having 3 bathrooms!
The bag of toiletries for each of us was beautifully done. And, the location was exceptional!! It was fun to open the front door and see the canal right at our footsteps! Photo opportunities everywhere!!

The apartment is located in a non touristy part of Venice. Not too far from train. Owner was very nice and helpful.
