Thanks to the nearby boat stop (San Zaccheria – San Marco) the apartment is also ideal for reaching the incredible islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello, you will adore the fascinating route. These routes are the same routes that easily take you to PiazzaleRoma(bus station), the train station, the island of Tronchetto and Marco Polo airport (Venezia-Tessera)

Great location!!!! We loved our stay and it was so easy to get to. There are many restaurants, bars and shops within a few steps. We loved the place! Highly recommend.

This apartment was perfect for myself and two adult sons. We each had our own comfortable room, and we enjoyed the view. Right outside the front door are multiple restaurants, shops, and sites to see. We took the water bus from the train and it was a short walk from the stop, and then the private water taxi to airport which was only a tiny bit further. One word of caution: You must climb several steep flights of stairs to reach the unit. The apartment appears to be in the process of renovation, so a few things are not completed, but overall it was lovely. Marco was great with communication, and check in was a breeze.

The apartment was perfect in every way except that one of the ac units wasn't working. The location couldn't be beat as it's centrally located with plenty of eateries within a couple minutes walk.

Did not realize it was so many steps to get to the 3rd floor. Not a great property with kids or older family members!
