The apartment was great for a large group, lots of beds and space. Great kitchen for cooking in, clean floors and linens was a huge perk.
The beds weren’t comfortable to sleep in. The shower drain in the bathroom with the washing machine was clogged so we couldn’t use that shower. Made it difficult for all of us to get ready quickly. There’s no shampoo or conditioner in either bathroom. They also told us we didn’t pay our city tax when we 100% left it in the security box by the front door like they asked.

The apartment was exactly what we needed - modern, clean, and well equipped. It felt new and fresh, nothing overly sophisticated, but everything was correct, functional and cosy. Our group was two families with four children, and it worked very well for us.
We loved the Dorsoduro area - quiet and with a young atmosphere thanks to the proximity of Ca’ Foscari University. The walks to Piazzale Roma (about 15 minutes), as well as to Rialto and Piazza San Marco, were a real pleasure. There were also several lovely small restaurants and cafés nearby.
We loved the apartment and would recommend it to families and groups of friends.
The only minor inconvenience was the lack of basic cleaning items, which would have been useful, especially during our five-night stay without cleaning service. Also, the pillows were unusually large and, for our personal preference, not comfortable.
