Excellent position, short walk to vaporetto. Well equipped, plenty of dishwasher tablets and washing machine liquid. Very clean, warm and comfortable.

A stylish apartment that was very quiet at night,
The bathroom. The flow of water in the sink is very low and there is a bit of a smell of drains.

The location was excellent away from the crowd, but very accessible to all the Famous locations a small suggestion for the living room of the accommodations. I stayed in blackout curtain curtains and not see-through curtains. The front windows had no shade curtains or lock window shutters, but simply a lovely apartment.
The apartment staff ordered a private water taxi to pick my Wife and l up from the airport. My wife and I was so uncomfortable because he was speeding from the airport to get to the apartment. We were bouncing up and down out of the water taxi. Then when we arrive at the location of the apartment, he parked the water taxi on the wrong side across the bridge where the apartment Was located where as there was parking space right in front of the apartment area, a short walk to the apartment it would have been but he did not what he did was so atrocious to me that my wife almost fell off the boat into the Water because of his carelessness and his hurry to get back to the airport to pick up another rider
he did not park close enough and left a wide gap to get off the boat and while my wife was standing up on the edge of the boat to get off, he decides to turn the motor on and try to get closer while her leg is outstretched trying to get on the solid ground in front of her she was so frightened and scared that she had a physical accident on herself out of fear of falling in the water he got our luggage off the boat without showing any concern for my wife accident on herself and her fear we were told to wait there until a staff member came to get us 15 minutes later a staff member came a young girl who could not help us very much with our luggage that we had to carry across a bridge because the taxi driver parked on the opposite side of the apartment and when I asked her for help, she said I would have to tip her in addition We Paid $130 tax that the City charges is quite extra to pay being that the cost of the hotel did not include clean sheets and towels for the apartment that cost extra $30 to receive for a 14 day Stay.
but there was a remarkable convenient a washing machine in the unit so we washed our Bed Sheets and hung them up just like as if we was at home. The experience of the water taxi driver.

Perfect location for easy to reach tourist attractions. Safe and popular area.
Room overlooked a builders storage yard. Noisy from 8am everyday including Saturday and Sunday mornings.
No mention or warning of this.
Also did not realise the bed was a sofa bed which was permanently open leaving no soft chairs for relaxed seating.
Beautiful modern bathroom but no hooks to hang clothes. No toilet roll holder. No shelves for cosmetics, creams, toothbrush etc. Only shelf behind the mirror was totally insufficient.
There was a QR code to access information but for those unfamiliar with the use of this there was no other access to information, contact in emergency etc. We hadn’t known about the strike by the waterbuses on the early morning day of our departure. A hotel would have provided this. Fortunately we had booked a shared taxi service, but would have been stranded otherwise with no one to contact for advice.
A typed list of safety, emergency and contact details should be in each apartment.
Plus a list and map of useful local facilities such as pharmacy, grocery store and recommended restaurants would have been greatly appreciated.
