Staff was very communicative and flexible. The day we were traveling to Venice by train there were train strikes so we were delayed 1-2 hrs. The staff was flexible regarding the situation. Apartment had a bedroom, living area and kitchen. The apartment was very clean.

Son emplacement, au cœur d un quartier très agréable!
Dans l appartement, pas de lumière malgré 2 fenêtres sans vue, Un chauffage-air conditionné difficile à régler et bruyant sans interruption, Pas d éclairage hors au plafond, Pas de tablette de nuit ou dans la salle de bain Canapé-lit pas confortable pour s installer (barres métalliques autour du matelas!)
