It was close to the train station and pleasure beach. Owner was very friendly and welcoming. Clean and tidy rooms.

Beautiful clean hotel staff were superb smooth check in felt comfortable and welcome ...situated in an ideal location short walk to pleasure beach and promenade overall fantastic stay will definitely use again.

The staff are absolutely lovely and very keen to ensure our stay was great.
The hot water was actually of a good temperature which surprised us. 10/10
I struggled a little with the bed, it's my own fault as I have a super king at home so it felt a bit small. Other than that it was OK :)
