Staff were lovely and very accommodating!
Room wasn’t very warm, the sofa bed was hard to get in and out of as no space either side of it so had to crawl onto it

The location, on the waterfront and a short walk to Funny Girls and a tram stop was very close.
Beautiful views from the dining area.

Stay very friendly on reception and on bar
Rooms are very tired , dangerous step into bathroom from bedroom. Very easily forget or not see the sign if door not closed.
Bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, marks all over the toilet seat and floor. Bath didn't look like it had been cleaned out.
