Staff were so lovely. Thankfully let us check in early which was great! Slightly just out the way a tiny bit, but no issues as it’s right at a tram stop :)

We liked the parking arrangements a lot & the cost was very good value at just £8 per 24 hrs. The room was a reasonable size & had a sea view. Location was great, not too lively & equally not too quiet. Tea & coffee was provided too.

There were essentially zero toiletries because the tiny shampoo was not fit for purpose for 2 guests & no soap in the soap dispenser & whilst the room felt clean overall, the bathroom could be spruced up in some areas as some mould had built up in the shower tray area.

It was spotlessly clean, large towels and great view, we had king size bed sea view room (but it wasn’t king size bed)

It was advertised as having a fridge, iron, bath robe and ironing facilities, but on checking in i was told that booking.com took them out?? My friend stayed in mirror image of my room but her’s was smaller and shower was half the size, there were no draws to put anything in so had to keep stuff in my suitcase, the complementary toiletries were almost non existent except for a shampoo the size of my little finger. For a king room it was very small

The gentleman who checked me in was really friendly and approachable. The entrance was welcoming and well decorated. There was parking on the front of the hotel, although it was £8 per night. The room was spacious for myself and my daughter. Clean towels.

The car park is very very tight, so just be aware of that. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom needs some attention. The shower has black mould all around the bottom of the tray, the shower pressure was very very poor, a trickle at best, there was more water coming out of the top of the shower hose than the actual shower, this needs some attentions as well both felt like we couldn't have a proper wash as the water just trickled. If you needed to wash your hair it would take a very very long time. There was no hot water coming through the tap in the sink, I ran this for a while and it did not get warm so had to use the shower head to trickle water into the sink to wash my face. There were some hairs on the back of the door that my daughter noticed when she was using the toilet. The bedding felt clean and crisp but did have some black marks on.
