The staff was nice and friendly, happy to help you out with anything we needed, nice clean accommodation 👌🏽good breakfast 😋 plenty of snacks in the room, tea,coffee, milk, sugar, Biscuits etc , nice comfortable lounge and Bar area, infront of the Tram 🚊 👍🏾
I walk with walking sticks👩🏾🦯so going up and down steps wasn't great 😕 but I managed, otherwise anything was great 👍🏾 😃

Excellent central, seafront location. Excellent friendly hosts that go out of their way to make everything perfect. Top breakfast that sets you up for the day. The hotel was lovely and clean with good sized rooms. We will definitely be back again.

Everything, nothing failed. Not my first time staying, chose to stay here again because my first experience was so good and this time met my expectations again
Nothing. Only criticism is the showerhead should be detachable but no issues at all
