As you step into the home, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, where the main level features a cozy living room adorned with a charming gas fireplace—an ideal spot for family gatherings and creating unforgettable memories. The sociable bar area, seating eight, invites laughter and conversation as you share meals and stories. Each bedroom offers a unique sanctuary, with tranquil views and convenient amenities like private balconies and TVs, ensuring everyone finds their perfect retreat. Imagine serene evenings spent on the deck, soaking in the hot tub under a canopy of stars, forging lasting bonds with loved ones amidst Lake Tahoe's stunning scenery.

-Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
-Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
-You are only allowed 8 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
-Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm TO 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
- Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
-Parking: 3 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

There were a few things like having to put a stick in the dryer to turn it on. Our clean towels were wet to the point we had to dry them when we arrived. Hot tub needed water. This location is right agent the highway. Fine for us, but a consideration for those with small children or pets perhaps. Overall good though and we had a great time!

So many positives: Great location, just a short walk to the lake. Plenty of room for our group of seven. Three parking spots.Good sized hot tub.Multiple large decks.Large kitchen and fridge.Comfy living area.Only one negative:Remote controlled lights and fans upstairs were difficult to work.Overall, 5 stars. The location alone easily compensates for any minor inconvenience. I would highly recommend!

A nice house, in a good location. Well stocked kitchen, and the hot tub stayed plenty hot. But the upstairs shower leaked and the beds are not very comfortable.
