Location. Staff tried to do their best.
Room is extremely expensive for its facilities. Room is quite small and hot. Toilet is very tight. Bed is very narrow.

The hotel is very accessible to the places we went. Plenty of coffee shops around the vicinity.
No handrails on the left side going up the stairs. It is difficult for seniors to hold on only one side. I hope you could install it and would be more happy in our next vacation stay with you.

Excelente ubicación, buen trato de todos los trabajadores, muy serviciales en guardarnos la maleta y la relación calidad-precio muy buena. Hemos descansando muy bien, la habitación siempre limpia. La estación de metro a la vuelta.
Quizás la ducha muy pequeña, pero tampoco es algo que le reste puntos.
