This property is very suited for a family of 4, two decent size rooms with good sunlight and ventilation. The location of the property is in a quite suburban area and approximate 45 mins distance to Paris city centre. We can get to the place using public transport and it is quite convenient as well. There is a small kitchen with essential utensils to prepare a quick breakfast or a light meal. The staff at the reception are friendly and polite and tried their best to answer our queries in English. There is a grocery store just opposite to this building so it is super convenient to grab something essential : ). French breakfast was served on request. You need to pay and reserve for it in advance at the reception.
The bath and the toilets do not have mats, so after a shower you may find it difficult to dry your feet. The bed sheets provided for the extra bed (kids) bed was bit dull.

We had a spacious and clean apartment with a sitting room, kitchenette, two separate bedrooms, shower, and balcony. The accommodation was on a quiet street and about a 20 min walk from the center of Puteaux. The Arche at La Defense (metro) was also 20 min on foot. There is a supermarket across the street.
The apartment was rather spartan and felt a bit like a convent: A minimally equipped kitchen, a dining table with four chairs but no sofa, a table with a small TV and zero decorations on the wall. The WiFi was slow, especially during the evening, and when using multiple devices.

Proximity to the centre of Puteaux and le defence
There was no pressing iron or ironing board in the room and one of the window had or shade / blind making it difficult to sleep. There was no washing up liquid, washing up sponge.

Location was good. Spaces were good. Building and gardens were lovely
Too sparsely furnished. Our children were sleeping on the sleeper couch, so there were only table chairs to sit on and nowhere to put our things. The beds were terribly soft and the pillows were so flimsy, you could almost see through them. No tea, coffee, sugar, sponge or dish soap were provided. No mattress or pillow protectors. The staff was so unfriendly. We asked for extra pillows and the response was a flat out ‘no, we dont have any’. This place is a residence for long term senior rentals and not suited to a family or tourist stays.
