Excellent spot. Coffee machine always available, free snacks included every afternoon, staff helpful, clean, pleasant common spaces including a courtyard, rooms clean, pleasant, and spacious, fresh filtered water provided.

I was unaware that the hotel is undergoing reconstruction till the time of my check-in when I heard the drilling noise. It stopped for the night and started again at 9:58 AM the next day. I wish I was pre-notified of the noise days before so that I could have found an alternative easily. I checked out early and received a refund for unused nights. On a positive note, every member of staff that I spoke with were nice.
