Citizen M is a unique concept. Everything is self service including the check in. You even get your own water for your room from a tap at the bar (includes fizzy!). The staff is very friendly and helpful to newcomers. Rooms are like cruise ship cabins or the size of a container ship container but has all of the mod cons
