Absolutely top notch. Very clean on arrival. High quality bedding, towels and appliances. Clearly money has been spent and in all of the correct places. Perfect location for everything.

I was very surprised to be told that after paying for my stay I was told that I either had to buy £40 insurance to cover breakages or a £500 deposit would need to be paid. A bit over the top I thought and then I discovered that I was expected to pay the management company a £10 just so that I could pay them my deposit. I have never heard of this before and I was cross that this extra obligatory fee was hidden in the T’s and C’s. Very unexpected and I feel unreasonable. All obligatory costs should be included in the headline fee and paid up front not partially hidden and imposed later.
Also the garage is tiny and only the very smallest cars will fit. They do say that if your car won’t fit (most will not) then you can park in front of the garage. Unfortunately this then blocks access to the neighbours garage and during my stay the neighbour contacted me and explained that they needed access to the garage so I had to move my car and pay £5 parking so that I did not have to get up early in the morning to move my car for the Neighbour.
Also it’s not clear that this is a three story house with the bedrooms right at the top which was a bit of a problem for my 90 year old father in law.
