This elegant and modern 4 bedroom private estate in the heart of Newcastle is very spacious (4,200 sq ft) and provides all the comforts you’ll need to have a relaxing stay with family.

Enjoy the beautiful and peaceful ambience of this well-appointed home with a very open floor plan, massive raised ceilings, huge windows that let the gorgeous views of this amazing estate into the living room. The centerpiece of the great room is floor to ceiling windows, a very open room that opens up the family room to the kitchen, a perfect place to entertain your family!
This magnificent home boasts an amazing theater room with plenty of space for the entire family to watch a movie together or for friends to watch a sporting event on the big screen! The backyard is second to none with amazing views of the estate, a gorgeous pool and spa, large outdoor kitchen fully equipped with a big gas BBQ grill, dishwasher and sink. There is also a large gas fire pit surrounded by an outdoor couch to sit around and enjoy the beautiful evenings.
The gourmet kitchen contains stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped so you can prepare delicious homemade meals. Upgraded stove, microwave, dishwasher, large deep sink, huge center island with breakfast bar. When it’s time to dine, the dining area seats 8, there is a spacious circular dining room table in the private separate dining room.
This two-story home sleeps 8 adults + kids (under the age of 13) between four rooms which includes 2 master bedrooms:
1. Master bedroom retreat is upstairs and offers a spacious king-size bed, flat-screen smart TV with streaming options. There is an attached master bedroom sitting area that includes a futon. As you walk into the gorgeous master bathroom you are greeted with two separate walk-in closets, dual vanities, a beautiful soaking tub overlooking the backyard and a very large walk in shower.
2. There are 3 additional bedrooms located upstairs which includes the following:
Bedroom 2: Full Bed with Jack & Jill Bathroom
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with shared Jack & Jill Bathroom mentioned above
Bedroom 4: Queen bed with private full bathroom
There is also a futon bed which would be equivalent to a full bed in the attached room to the master bedroom.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible:
Primary renter must be over the age of 25.
No Smoking
No Pets without approval and pet fee paid
No parties or events without written host permission (additional fees may apply)
Responsible guest will need to provide a copy of their ID before check in
Responsible guest will need to sign the short term rental agreement prior to check in
This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
You must also acknowledge:
- Must climb stairs — 2-story home. There are stairs to get to the front door and additional stairs to upstairs bedrooms
- Security camera/recording device — Our home has two outdoor cameras for security purposes and the safety of the house and its occupants. There are no cameras or listening devices inside the home.
-Guests do not have access to the warehouse on the property.
-Property gates to the driveway remain open at all times and do not close.

This was our second day at this beautiful property. My 3 grandchildren had a combined birthday party (all are in September). The kids had a glorious time with swimming, scavenger hunt and movie in the home theater. Our shih tzu was on her best behavior. We will be enjoying another stay at this fabulous home again.Thank you,J. Church

The home is BEAUTIFUL! The photos don’t do it justice . We enjoyed how peaceful the area we were in was . Very quiet neighborhood. The theatre room is so comfy ! We may have fallen asleep in there LOL . If you are looking for either a “staycation” or a nice place to stay in while in the Sacramento area, this is definitely the place . Only a 30 minute drive to Sac :)

BeautifulHome and property. The step from kitchen to living area was a bit of a challenge for us until we got familiar with the area. The pool and grounds were fantastic. We had a wonderful time.
