About this house rental
The property is very closed to many great locations; it is only about 1.5 hours to the amazing Lake Tahoe area, about the same distance to the great Yosemite park. To the great Sacramento area and Sacramento airport, the house is only about 20 minutes. Visit the historic Sacramento city hall and old Sacramento while visiting Roseville. In town you will find many places to visit such as; the Galería Mall, The fountains shopping area, The Studio Movie grill, the Thunder Casino (only 5 minutes from the property) and many great restaurants in the area. The house is about 20 minutes from Folsom Lake and Folsom Outlets. You will enjoy a very relaxed time while in the area.
The space
The house is very spacious and has a modern design. Open concept home, with five bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you need to prepared a great meal. All rooms are really spacious and with 3 living room areas, you and your group will have plenty of space to enjoy time together. Located in a Cul de Sac, it is very quiet and relaxing space. For the hot summer days, the house has a great pool with plenty of backyard area and a grill for your special BBQs.
Guest access
The house has a two parking garage and plenty of parking on the street as well! The exterior pool is not offering a water heater but it keeps the water temerature warm enough on the aummee days. It is otherwise cold on winter days.

Owner was very nice and made our check-in & extended stay stress free with easy to follow directions. She had everything organized inside & out and important things noted, which helped make our stay more relaxing. Property was immaculate and furnished with everything needed(including a porta crib which we forgot to pack) to complete a relaxing and worry free stay away from home. Thank you so much to Sheila from our family!

The house was immaculate and had all of the comforts of home. The beds were comfortable, and the many bathrooms provided great privacy for our three families. Sheila was very quick to respond to questions. We will be back.

Nice big clean newer house conveniently located and worked well for our family of eight adults. We spent Christmas there and were very happy to find a Christmas tree and decorations.Thank you.
