About this farm stay rental
Escape to Paradise. This ranch is a slice of heaven with over 20 acres of hiking trails, your own private fishing lake and walk trail within the old railroad that can only be access from our property. This ranch located cross the street the Sacramento River and in the backyard by a thousand acre bird sanctuary only miles from downtown. Enjoy our updated 2500 sq farmhouse, massive swimming pool with soothing waterfalls. There is no fence in the pool. Please watching over your children. The outside kitchen and giant gathering patio is great for entertaining. Also Enjoy the Sacramento River across the street, wine tasting, public golf course a mile away and beautiful public bike trails along the river 8 miles to Garcia Park. This a Ranch country house you must be aware of country experience life style. Hand wash dishes in the kitchen. We have our own well, water for shower just coming right. You can explorer the horses in the back and watching some horse taking exercise at the indoor arena. Please don't enter the Barn without prior permission. Peacock might be stop by at the property showing their beautiful tail and you can hear baby goat noise in the morning or cats just say meow.

The place is amazing; I especially enjoyed the diversity of plants around the house; looks great, so relaxing, we enjoyed walking around the property to the horses' stables, the pool is huge, and the kids loved. It's the perfect place is you need relax.

We had an excellent stay at the house at the stables. The home is huge, lots of room to spread out for a family. The pool is marvelous and well shaded in the afternoon, perfect for a hot summer day. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal, and we even used the gas grill.
The house is on the property of a large stable, with lots of horses, cats, chickens, even peacocks. We brought our dog, and our walks among the other animals were really charming. All the people we came across were friendly, too. It's right across the road from the Sacramento River, which makes for a beautiful drive.
We had a couple small maintenance issues, but they were resolved nearly instantly by texting with the property manager. Wifi is functional but not super high speed, so I wouldn't recommend this as a place to do remote work. But for a long weekend or vacation, it's marvelous.
Location is really quiet, but just 10 minutes from a lot of commerce, and maybe 20 from downtown Sacto if you want to visit the Capitol or take in a Kings or River Cats game.
We had a great visit.
