Top quality touches throughout. Located in a family friendly neighborhood yet just 5 min drive from grocery, dinning, and biking/walking trails. Perfect place to relax with easy access to everything! Please enjoy the pool and hot tub spa (included, no charge). The house has a little of everything. It is spacious and comfortable. You can play foosball and more, cook, bake and enjoy the pool. The manager is very responsive and helpful.

Our family of 6 adults and four children enjoyed our stay . We enjoyed the clean house, the pool, the games, the large kitchen, the Tesla charger, and the roomy areas inside and out to talk and relax.Our host, Jason, was very accommodating and answered all questions in minutes. There were some requests from the host as to where to park and outdoor noise but these were in keeping with a Good Neighbor policy which benefits everyone and they were easy to follow.It was a very nice family-friendly stay.

My large family stayed here 2 nights for my daughter’s graduation and had so much fun! I appreciate the cleanliness, the size, number of beds, and entertainment for all ages. Even my screenagers played together!

We stayed 4 nights with 7 people. Great place. Great Service. We had a couple of questions and immediately they were solved. Would definitely stay there again if I"ll in Sacramento.
