Summary:
This adorable two bedroom, one bathroom home is located minutes from Gonzaga University, Holy Family Hospital and is just a short drive to Downtown Spokane. The house sits on a lot that is shared with a tiny home nestled in the back. Both homes have their own private entrances and the backyard is divided by a 6 foot fence offering both residences complete comfort and privacy.

The Space:
The coziness and warm ambiance of this home is what truly sets it apart! In the bedrooms you will find luxurious, plush queen mattresses that are so comfortable you will never want to leave. Our living room is fitted with a high quality, Stanton queen sofa sleeper and an oversized swivel recliner fit for a king. We invite you to relax and unwind while watching your favorite shows on the 65”wall mounted smart TV.
We firmly believe that when you’re traveling and staying away from home, you shouldn’t have to sacrifice the comforts and conveniences that you’re used to. With that in mind we made sure to think of everything we could to make this home feel just like yours! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals at home and there is a washer dryer so you may wash your clothes on-site.
Off street parking is available in the driveway and there is room for one vehicle under the covered carport. The home is equipped with smart lock technology on both the front and back door that allows for a seamless, contact free check in and check out process. We would love to host you next! BOOK NOW!
Other Things to Note:
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.
