If there is any report of a disturbance, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. No refund will be given for the remainder of your stay, along with loss of security deposit. Smoking is NOT allowed on the interior of the property. You are welcome to smoke outside in the designated smoking areas.

This Bungalow looked like its pictures and was centrally located. It is located on a very busy street and the front bedroom facing the street does not have an air-conditioning unit like the other bedroom upstairs but there were fans which actually drowned out the street noise at night.Even though there is a No Smoking sign on the back gate, we definitely smelled smoke when we turned on the air conditioning unit, so it must come from one of the neighbors. There is no hand rail on the stairs up to the kitchen from the back door nor on the front steps so my elderly father had some difficulty navigating the stairs.The host was very quick to respond to inquiries.

Coming from Kansas to Spokane was super stressful but this property was the perfect spot to rest! Perfect for our dogs and kids!
