Enjoy the amazing view from this 2nd story 2 bedroom 1 bath newly updated condo. 10 minutes from the airport/Downtown/freeway access. Free parking (up to 2 vehicles) unit has its own WiFi, dw, oven/range, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, w/d, fire extinguisher. TV w/Roku so you can sign-in to your favorite streaming apps. There are stairs leading into the unit from outside and the unit itself is upstairs (pics).

Entire upper unit with its own keypad entry. There are stairs.
The Neighborhood:
2 blocks from a local park, otherwise, quiet and mostly elderly neighborhood.

The property was very nice and very clean. It was equipped well with everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, silverware , dinnerware and glasses. There was coffee and a coffee maker which my husband enjoyed every morning. The stove, microwave, and dishwasher all worked well.
The neighborhood the property is located in is very quiet. There is a nice little park we took our grandkids to. The view was phenomenal!! It was so beautiful to sit in the mornings just enjoying the view. We really enjoyed staying here. It was very near our son’s place, so we were able to commute back and forth a couple of times a day.
I know the listing said there were stairs, and it was not kidding— Straight up about 15 steps. It would have been nice to see a picture in the listing so I wasn’t so shocked. We were fine, but if you have trouble climbing stairs, this is not for you.
The property had everything we needed except a mirror. There was a small mirror above the sink in the bathroom, but no other. A mirror on the back of the door in one of the rooms would have been very nice.
I would definitely stay at this property again!

Great stay for 5 adults and two 10yo children. We were in town for graduation and really enjoyed the place for a quick rest/ shower and a nice evening view. We even saw aurora lights. The place was clean and free to clutter. We would definitely stay again if in town. Thank you!

Check in and out was very easy with just a code on the door. The place was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable (which is very important to us). We didn’t cook in the unit but it seemed like it had everything you would need if you wanted to. The view was very beautiful, day and night. The WiFi was very slow in the evenings and we couldn’t get anything to play without it stopping to try and connect (I’m assuming because that is when it is being used by more people vs. during the morning or afternoon)? We did not complain about it because we decided to just head to bed since we needed to be up early the next morning. There is only 1 mirror in the bathroom so if you have other people with you that want to have a mirror to get ready while others are using the bathroom (the sink, mirror, toilet and shower are all in the same small bathroom space) then I’d suggest bringing at least a hand held mirror to use in another area of the house. It would be helpful if the owner/manager would put even an inexpensive full body mirror in the bedrooms to be used to get ready.
The listing says full house which is true but a little unclear that the house is split into two units. So yes you have your own unit but not really the “whole house”. It was fine for us but if you have any problem with stairs, this is not the place for you.
