About this farm stay rental
Come stay in a fabulous private home close to everything but in a very private setting in what feels like the country with lots of space and wildlife. Ten minutes to Northern Quest Casino and all the concerts and entertainment like Snoop Dogg, Tony Orlando, Pitbull, ZZ Top and Styx along with many others. Spokane has become a destination town with Hoopfest, Bloomsday, State B basketball and many other events. Gonzaga, EWU, Whitworth, WSU, Uof Idaho. Silverwood in Athol Idaho and 40 min from Coeurd'alene, Idaho. Closest short stay rental to the airport in Spokane. Close to Fairchild Airforce Base. 420 friendly outside of course. Wheelchair accessible including a wheelchair able shower. Ceiling fans, Electric heat and fireplace ALL brand new high end appliances. Including a sodastream refrigerator to make your own soda or sparkling carbonated filtered water. Granite counter tops with eating bar. Laundry room with brand new stackable washer and dryer. Large deck in private back yard. All on a quiet dead end street. Charcoal grill provided , please bring your own briquettes and starter fluid. We have outdoor cameras for your saftey and ours. We also like to get videos of any wildlfe passing by. Numerous lakes, golf courses, shopping and restaurants within minutes. Huge windows to view the occasional wildlife that passes by. Good for 1 person, 2 people, 3 people, 4 people, 5 people, 6 people, 7 people, 8 people, 9 people or 10 people for sleeping. It is also perfect for work and business meetings.

Check in is at 4:00 p.m. and check out is at 10:00 a.m. please send a quick message when you check in and when you check out. Early check in or late check out requests will be considered at the rate of $20.00 an hour. 5 minutes to Spokane Transit West Plains Transit Center Park and Ride. Small gatherings with approval from owners first.

Lisa’s place was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The place is perfect for bringing your pets. There was plenty of room and the laundry room was very helpful. The location is conveniently close to town and on a dead-end street but it had some businesses in the surrounding area, which is typical for Spokane.

If you like privacy and a large yard and field for the dog, this is a great place. Also only 12-15 minutes from downtown Spokane, so you can make this work under all circumstances. Lisa (host) is very responsive and easy to deal with. Would stay again if in the area.

The host was great to communicate with and the beds were clean and comfortable. Bring extra blankets because you get one thin bedspread. The heat worked well so we just turned that up. The house could use a good deep clean. I don’t want to bash this home because the host was so kind. I’ve already told the host about the need to clean the filters and the insides of the dishwasher. The bathrooms were only halfway clean when we arrived. They could get rid of some of the old broken furniture. The appliances were nice. The washer/dryer worked well. Some of the towels and washcloths need to be replaced. This home was decent but some things need to be addressed. With some work it could be a great home. We had a good stay, just not clean as I would have liked. Maybe a good deep clean by a professional service would be beneficial periodically.
