This home is conveniently located 7 minutes from Downtown Spokane and short walking distance to multiple Garland District restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, movie theater and more. 7 minutes to The Podium! There is also a beautifully updated kitchen with new appliances and cooking utensils, if you prefer to do some in house cooking. Take full advantage of the back yard or nearby park, too! Free on-site parking.

Check in was pretty seamless. Clean and close to plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Host was very quick with responses. Would definitely stay here again.

A great rental for our family of 7. Plenty of room and beds. Quiet neighborhood and great location. Host was very communicative. 2025 - Mattresses are new and good quality / FIRM, so if you are looking for pillowtop, this may not be a good fit (or pack a mattress topper). It was nice having a yard with beautiful green grass and a little table out back to enjoy as well. Enjoyed Silverwood (1 hour drive) as well as Riverside State Park - Bowl & Pitcher area (15 min. drive) during our stay.

Cleanliness was ok, house wasn’t equipped to handle 11 people. There were only 5-6 forks, same with spoons, and cups. We had to buy supplies to make it work with our large group. The location was great and we felt safe. Kitchen stools could definitely be cleaned or replaced, they were very stained and dirty.
