Perfect location, right at the center of Vieux Port, so strategically located for a tourist who wants to be in the middle of the action. Above all though, the staff was stellar: everyone was extremely friendly and just nice to be around. Would certainly go back!

The location and the room view
Maybe the rooms could have had a mini fridge just to get some cold water but otherwise than that it was super good one

Beautiful location right on the front, with excellent connections to all parts of the city and walking distance to all attractions. The staff are really nice and caring
There is a possibility of getting hot water and coffee from the reception area but would have loved a small kettle in the room for some coffee

The location is great. Near the Metro and walking distance from city centre restaurants museums etc.
Staff were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast ok but unpleasant machine coffee.
The smell of rotting fish in the entrance is overpowering. This permeated into my room on the 2nd floor. A few of the reviews mention this but far fewer than I would expect. This is not the smell of fresh fish being cooked it is more like rotting discarded fish guts.
The room was basic but ok. I could stream Netflix to the TV from my phone.
